Shipping Policy

It’s next-day delivery after payment has been confirmed. If payment is made today, you can receive the puppy by tomorrow evening. Once the delivery is registered, we will provide you with the tracking number and all necessary shipping details.

Shipping Method & Details

We ship our puppies using airlines because it is the fastest and safest method, especially for long-distance or international deliveries. Puppies are transported in airline-approved, climate-controlled kennels, with all necessary health documentation.

Travel Environment: Puppies travel in a pressurized, climate-controlled compartment, separate from passenger luggage.
Crate Preparation: Our crates are marked “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP,” and we acclimate puppies to their crates before shipping.
Weather Considerations: We only ship when weather conditions are safe for travel. We prioritize your puppy's health above all.
Schedule: Shipping occurs Monday through Saturday, with direct flights preferred to minimize transit time.

Nanny Shipping & Special Delivery

For added safety and comfort, we offer direct delivery via professional puppy Nannies who fly with your puppy to your location, ensuring they receive proper attention and care during transit.

Health & Documentation

All puppies are provided with a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian before shipment. They have received initial vaccinations, de-worming, and are acclimated to their travel crate. It is recommended to follow up with your vet within 48 hours of arrival.
