Our 1-Year Health & Genetic Guarantee

Healthy Puppy

All puppies purchased come with a 1-year health guarantee. Within 10 days of purchasing your new puppy, you must take him/her to a licensed veterinarian for an examination.

Examination & Buyer Options

If the veterinarian determines, within 10 days of purchase, that your dog is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, you have the following options:

  • Return the dog for a complete refund
  • Return the dog for a replacement dog of equal value
  • Retain the dog and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees, not exceeding the purchase price

These options do not apply if a veterinarian's health certificate, issued by a licensed vet, discloses in writing at the time of sale the health problem later claimed.

Genetic & Congenital Defects

If within 1 year of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your dog has a congenital or hereditary defect that adversely affects the animal’s health, you have the same options as above. You must notify us within 2 days of the vet's certification; failure to do so forfeits your rights.

If a life-threatening congenital defect is diagnosed, bring a vet’s signed statement; the puppy will be replaced with the first available puppy of equal value after the original is returned.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure your puppy is taken to a veterinarian promptly—preferably within 10 days of arrival—to confirm health status.
  • Handle your puppy with care, avoiding exposure to disease-prone areas.
  • Follow up with vaccinations and de-worming as recommended by your vet.
  • Keep detailed records of vet visits and treatments.

Health & Vaccinations

Our puppies are vet-checked, have received initial shots, and are de-wormed. They come with a health certificate. Continued vaccinations and de-worming are essential for maintaining health.

Genetic Guarantee & Exclusions

The guarantee covers genetic defects that impact your puppy’s health. It does not cover communicable diseases, parasites, or injuries. To claim, a vet’s letter on letterhead stating the genetic disorder is required.

We will reimburse treatment costs up to the puppy’s purchase price if a genetic disorder is confirmed. The breeder assumes no responsibility for medical bills beyond this reimbursement.

By purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge your responsibility for the care and health of your new puppy. The guarantee is null if the puppy is sold to a third party or if proper precautions are not taken.
